The short version

How to return an item

   Email us

   Drop us a line at hello@moonchildcollective.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

   We'll send your label

   Within one business day we'll email you a free prepaid returns label.

3. 3

   Pack and post

   Secure the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest Royal Mail or Evri point.

4. 4

   Refund processed

   Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• In original packaging, with tags attached where applicable
• Items that arrive damaged, worn, or altered may only be eligible for a partial refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll email you to confirm and process your refund automatically. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exclusions

For hygiene and personalisation reasons, the following items can't be returned unless faulty:

• Pierced jewellery and earrings
• Custom or personalised items made specially for you
• Gift cards and digital items

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which entitle you to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We've extended this to 30 days and made returns free of charge.
